Defense Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Misconduct (DAC-PSM)​

The DAC-PSM provides DoD and Congress independent advice and recommendations on the prevention of sexual assault involving Service members (including behaviors on the sexual assault continuum of harm) and the policies, programs, and practices of each Military Department, Armed Force, Coast Guard, Military Service Academy, and the Coast Guard Academy. DAC-PSM interests extend to all DoD educational institutions and training facilities for the prevention of sexual assault and other harmful behaviors.​

DAC-PSM Annual Report

The Defense Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Misconduct (DAC-PSM) submitted its 2022 Annual Report on March 24, 2023, to the Secretary of Defense and House and Senate Committees as directed by the FY 2020 and FY 2021 NDAA.
