This document outlines where and how the DoD Safe Helpline logo should be used. This document ensures that the Safe Helpline logo and its messaging remains standardized and any party requesting a copy of the DoD Safe Helpline logo should be given a copy of the Logo Style Usage Guide.

PDF file of a 10 ft. x 5 ft. banner to be downloaded and printed by individual SARCs and PAOs at bases/installations around the world. Banners can be used for display within SARC facilities, at SARC-sponsored events or any activity in which those attending should be made aware of the DoD Safe Helpline services.

Prior to the launch of DoD Safe Helpline in April 2011, DoD Safe Helpline stickers were mailed to all identifiable SARC locations around the world. Those stickers are approximately 4" wide and 2" tall and were designed to be attached to already existing Service posters and displays at installation and bases. Per SARC request, three additional sizes (2"x2", 1.75"x1.25", and 1.75"x0.50") are now available for printing and attachment to smaller-sized materials.

DoD Safe Helpline magnets are approximately 4" wide, 2" tall and were designed to be displayed in offices and bathrooms at installation and bases.

This PDF series contains four posters to highlight specific program messaging: Confidential; Live 1-on-1 Help; and Worldwide 24/7. Poster 4 highlights all three messages: Confidential, Live 1-on-1 Help, Worldwide 24/7. Posters can be displayed all together or separately. When only one poster can be displayed, it is preferred that the poster will all three messages be the primary choice. SARCs and PAOs should display posters wherever possible in high-traffic areas on bases/installations and the poster series is available in three sizes:

• 8.5" wide x 11" tall

Created to be distributed to Service members during SAPR events, education and training opportunities, including Basic, Accession, Pre-Command, Professional Military Education, General Officer/Senior Leader training and others at bases, installations or the surrounding areas. The tool is laminated and includes a wallet card and key chain fob with QR codes for quick and easy access to www.SafeHelpline.org.

Coded graphics have been created (square option and rectangle option) for organizations to post on their website homepages, portals, etc. Both widgets have been coded to automatically connect users who click on the graphic to www.SafeHelpline.org. Safe Helpline widgets can also be posted to Facebook and Twitter accounts. Anyone is welcome to post Safe Helpline widgets on their websites, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, etc. (Widget files are located at the bottom of the "Additional Information" for DoD Safe Helpline info.)

Created for smartphone users, the Safe Helpline QR code, offers easy access to the Safe Helpline homepage. Organizations can feature the QR code on their outreach materials, including publications, signs, posters, stickers and brochures. Smartphone users who scan the QR code will automatically be directed to www.SafeHelpline.org on their phone.

JPG print ad files (of various sizes) to be included in print publications to promote Safe Helpline. Print ad files were created in full color and black and white to meet the needs of the majority of print publications. Depending on the requirements of different publications, please contact SAPRO if a custom ad size is needed.
